Close friend Brittani Hebron expressed her grief, emphasizing Dix’s supportive and uplifting nature. Hebron recalled, “She'll lift me up, pick me up. She likes to elevate people.” The two women had maintained a close bond since ninth grade, describing themselves as “the Golden Girls,” enjoying quiet moments together and sharing daily conversations. Dix’s absence has left Hebron struggling to cope with the loss of a constant companion.

Tamirah Dix was the youngest of four siblings and was recognized for her adventurous personality and love for trying new activities. She was devoted to her family, particularly her nieces and nephews, and consistently sought to bring joy to those around her.
