Brooke Mueller Demands $15 Million from Charlie Sheen for Alleged Unpaid Child Support

Brooke Mueller, ex-wife of Charlie Sheen, is demanding approximately $15 million in unpaid child support for their two children. According to Brooke, Charlie has not been transparent about his financial situation, prompting her to turn to the courts for resolution.

In a recent filing in Los Angeles County, Brooke claims that Charlie owes her $8,967,600 in overdue child support. Additionally, she says he owes $6,418,643 in accumulated interest. Brooke has asked that the full sum be paid within 30 days.

Charlie Sheen began paying Brooke $55,000 per month in 2010, following court approval. However, by 2011, he reportedly started making only partial payments, or none at all. Brooke is now seeking a court order to compel payment and is also requesting an extra $25,000 to cover legal fees and related costs.

The couple married in 2008 and divorced in 2011. Their twins, born in 2009, are now 16 years old. Brooke and Charlie share joint legal custody, which is dependent on Brooke maintaining sobriety. Brooke, who has struggled with addiction and describes herself as a stage four addict, relapsed in 2023, affecting her relationship with their children.

Brooke expressed the challenges she faces, emphasizing that while she sometimes struggles to maintain stability, Charlie has consistently been a reliable source of support. Despite their difficulties, she noted that he has always been her first call for help when needed.
