Chappell Roan, Cardi B, EJAE & Others Donate to Annual ASCAP Foundation Holiday Auction

The ASCAP Foundation launched its fifth annual Holiday Auction on Wednesday, December 3, continuing through December 17. This years online event offers over 50 exclusive items and unique experiences, generously contributed by ASCAP members and their associates.

Donors include a diverse mix of artists from various genres: pop performers like Chappell Roan, Ros, Cardi B, Alex Warren, and EJAE; singer-songwriters such as Noah Kahan, Laufey, and Brandy Clark; and country talents including Kacey Musgraves, Old Dominion, and Jordan Davis. Legendary musicians like Lionel Richie, Alicia Keys, Ms. Lauryn Hill, and Coldplay also made contributions, alongside emerging artists Lola Young and Jessie Murph. Film and TV composers Stephen Schwartz (known for Wicked) and John Powell (How to Train Your Dragon), as well as author James McBride (The Color of Water), are among the other notable donors.

Highlighted auction items feature an autographed KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack, a T-shirt signed by Tate McRae, and meet-and-greet tickets to see R&B artist Ne-Yo perform in Hells Kitchen. Additional offerings include VIP passes to concerts and sporting events, signed guitars, and personalized video messages.

The auction proceeds are directed toward the ASCAP Foundations mission of supporting the next generation of songwriters and composers. Over the past year, the foundations initiatives in music education and talent development have reached more than 300,000 individuals, including 70,000 K-12 students across 1,500 schools in the United States.
