Dickeys Barbecue Pit, the American barbecue franchise, is preparing to open a fresh restaurant in Airdrie, Alberta, marking another step in its Canadian expansion. The new outlet, located at 400 Main Street North, is expected to begin operations in December 2025.

From January to August 2025, the brand inaugurated 46 locations across the United States, Canada, and the Philippines. In September, plans were revealed to open over 60 additional restaurants by the end of the year, which would bring the global total to more than 400 Dickeys locations.
