The series also marks the 50th anniversary of "Good Morning America." ABC News chief meteorologist Ginger Zee kicked off the tour in Delaware, the first state admitted to the U.S., with a visit to Rehoboth Beach and a spotlight on local lifeguards keeping swimmers safe.

In Pennsylvania, "GMA" highlighted Shankweilers, the worlds oldest operating drive-in theater, exploring its historical significance and community impact. In New Jersey, Piney Hollow Farm showcased the states agricultural bounty with tomatoes and blueberries.

Rhode Islands segment highlighted its culinary scene, natural beauty, and surprising Hollywood connections, while Vermont focused on the von Trapp Family Farm and the states maple syrup production.
