Fox News host asserts that women become more attractive when they join the Republican party

A Fox Business presenter recently asserted that women become more attractive when they align themselves with the Republican Party. Katrina Campins made the remarks during an appearance on Jesse Watters Primetime, discussing the attention surrounding Sydney Sweeney, known for her role in Euphoria and Christy.

Shes getting hotter, and everyone notices it. Theyre jealous because shes Republican, Campins said about Sweeney. So my advice to all women: our side is better, and you become more attractive.

Campins went further, declaring, All Republican women are attractive! Tell me thats not true. Watters responded with laughter, adding, So when you register Republican, you just get more attractive.

Emboldened, Campins continued: Its like you get more attractive as you age, wiser and hotter, like a fine wine.

The comments follow criticism over Sweeneys appearance in an American Eagle Outfitters campaign titled Sydney Sweeney has Great Jeans. Some critics, including former MSNBC host Krystal Ball, interpreted the ads play on jeans and genes as a potential nod to eugenics.

Ball, on the Ive Had It podcast, said, Shes deliberately appealing to right-wing, ethnocentric audiences. I find it embarrassing and pathetic.

Sweeney, however, downplayed the controversy in a GQ interview: It was just a jean ad. I love jeans and wear them every day. The reaction was unexpected.

She also addressed past backlash from 2022, when photos surfaced of her celebrating her mothers birthday with guests in parody MAGA hats. Sweeney told fans on X that the response was wild and emphasized the event was an innocent celebration, asking people to avoid assumptions.
