SpaceX is advancing its plans to bring Starship missions to Floridas Space Coast. The company confirmed it has received authorization to build Launch Complex-37 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

Starship, the largest and most powerful rocket ever constructed, is intended for missions to both the Moon and Mars.

With three operational launch pads in Florida, Starship will be fully prepared to support U.S. national security objectives and the Artemis program, as the premier spaceport evolves to operate like a commercial airport, SpaceX stated on social media.

Construction on Launch Complex-37 is already in progress. Officials from the U.S. Space Force estimate that Starship could make its first launch from the Cape by mid-2026.

SpaceX emphasized that with the expansion of Floridas launch infrastructure, Starship will play a key role in future space exploration and national security missions.
