Xicoia, the AI-focused talent studio founded by Particle6 and creative force Eline van der Velden, is set to broaden its Tilly-verse. The Dutch creator aims to assemble a dynamic team of innovators, storytellers, and imaginative problem-solvers to shape the next generation of AI-first entertainment.
As the studios portfolio of digital avatars and experimental narratives grows rapidly, Xicoia is opening nine new positions. Among them is a junior comedy writer tasked with developing scripts, dialogue, punchlines, and the overall comedic tone for its digital personalities, including Tilly Norwood.
Tilly Norwood, the synthetic actress who captured Hollywood attention last September when talent studios expressed interest in signing her, will also benefit from a dedicated social media manager. This role will focus on curating digital content, driving platform strategy, managing AI-generated posts, and representing Tilly and Xicoias online personas to their growing audience of over 66,000 Instagram followers.
Additional roles include a visual storyteller, a growth strategist, an AI lead for senior production, two AI editors, and a junior chaos coordinator. Van der Velden emphasized the importance of this team as Tilly prepares for her next global phase in 2026, which will combine on-screen appearances with direct engagement with fans while introducing new AI characters.
While discussions about AI replacing human jobs are common, we are creating entirely new opportunities, Van der Velden said. These nine roles are just the beginning. We are moving quickly, aiming high, and seeking individuals who are curious, ambitious, playful, and ready to help reshape storytelling with AI.
The London-based studio encourages applications from candidates worldwide. Van der Velden also addressed misconceptions regarding Tilly Norwood, clarifying that the studios mission is not to displace actors but to innovate and complement traditional storytelling through AI.
She acknowledged the personal challenges faced during Tilly Norwoods launch, including serious backlash, and explained the careful sourcing of material used to create the AI character. The studios focus remains on cultivating creativity and expanding the Tilly-verse with a skilled, passionate team.
