On December 3, the U.S. President Donald Trump issued a pardon to Tim Leiweke, co-founder of the stadium development company Oak View Group. Earlier this year, Leiweke faced charges related to manipulating bids for a Texas arena, according to documents published by the Justice Department.
Leiweke has consistently maintained his innocence regarding the allegations. The presidential clemency was officially dated December 2.
