An obituary posted by the Metcalfe-Hennessey Funeral Home in Augusta, Kentucky, detailed that Zeidler was a talented artist who spent several years teaching elementary art at Augusta Independent School. She passed away peacefully on December 19, surrounded by her family and loved ones. Ada is survived by her husband, Kenny, and their two children.

In a 2015 interview with CBS This Morning, Clooney spoke about the close bond he shared with his family. "I'm very close with my sister," he said, highlighting their strong relationship. Although Zeidler lived a private life, staying out of the public eye, she once spoke about her dream of pursuing acting in a 2012 interview with the New York Daily News. "Part of me always wanted to pursue acting, but I never did because I wasnt tough enough to handle rejection," she admitted. "I enjoyed it and was decent at it, but I didn't have thick skin." Instead of chasing an acting career, she chose to dedicate herself to raising her children. "I really enjoyed being a wife and mother, and that ultimately became my priority," she said.
