The thriller series All Her Fault, starring Sarah Snook from Succession, has launched impressively on the Nielsen streaming charts. Within its first four days on Peacock, the show amassed 452 million viewing minutes, ranking seventh among original streaming series.
The audience leaned heavily female at 74%, while viewers aged 35-64 contributed the largest share of watch time at 64%. Nielsen data also highlighted an above-average interest from Black viewers, who represented 21% of the audience.
Premiered on November 6 as a full-season release on NBCUniversals Peacock, All Her Fault entered a chart dominated by Netflix originals occupying the top five positions, with Paramount+s Tulsa King in sixth place.
Notably, Ryan Murphys Hulu drama Alls Fair, starring Kim Kardashian, did not appear in the Nielsen charts despite its November 4 debut with three episodes. While critics largely gave it negative reviews, fans showed strong support on social media. Hulu reported 3.2 million global views in its first three days, though Nielsen tracks only U.S. viewership, likely explaining its absence from the charts. The series finale, consisting of two episodes, is scheduled for December 9.
For the week of November 3-9, Guillermo del Toros Frankenstein and Netflixs The Witcher were the most-watched streaming programs, with 1.258 billion and 945 million minutes viewed, respectively. Netflixs Stranger Things followed as viewers revisited earlier seasons ahead of Season 5, Volume 1, releasing on November 26.
Other notable programs during the week included Greys Anatomy, NCIS, Bluey, Bobs Burgers, Law & Order, KPop Demon Hunters, and The Fantastic Four: First Steps.
Analysis: Early Success of "All Her Fault"
The launch of All Her Fault on Peacock has demonstrated a strong initial performance, with 452 million viewing minutes in just four days, placing it seventh among original streaming series according to Nielsen data. The show's audience composition indicates a significant female viewership at 74% and a strong interest from adults aged 35-64, who contributed 64% of the total watch time.
Demographically, Black viewers accounted for 21% of the audience, signaling a noteworthy reach beyond the core demographic. This aligns with NBCUniversal's strategy of targeting diverse audiences for high-profile streaming premieres.
Despite the dominance of Netflix originals at the top of the charts, Peacock's positioning of All Her Fault highlights its competitive entry into the crowded streaming landscape. The absence of Ryan Murphy's All’s Fair from Nielsen charts, despite strong social media engagement and Hulu's 3.2 million global views, underscores the limitations of U.S.-centric viewership metrics in assessing a show's broader impact.
Looking ahead, the series finale on December 9 will be a critical moment to assess audience retention and overall success relative to established streaming hits like Frankenstein and The Witcher, which led the weekly charts with over 1 billion and 945 million minutes viewed, respectively.
