BBC Reveals Premiere Date for Season 4 of 'The Traitors'

Exciting news for fans of The Traitors the wait for Season 4 is almost over. BBC has confirmed that Claudia Winkleman will return to Ardross Castle with a fresh group of civilian contestants, kicking off on New Years Day at 8 PM local time.

The opening three episodes will air on consecutive nights on BBC One and iPlayer, with participants vying for a grand prize of up to 120,000. This civilian edition follows closely after The Celebrity Traitors achieved record-breaking viewership, with its finale featuring Alan Carr as the victorious traitor watched by nearly 15 million viewers.

Studio Lambert produces The Traitors, and the fourth season was commissioned by BBC's head of entertainment, Kalpna Patel-Knight. Executive producers include Mike Cotton, Sarah Fay, Lewis Thurlow, and Darrell Olsen, while production executives are Lynette Woods-Reynolds, Gemma Scholes, and Faye Donaldson. BBC commissioning editors for the series are Neil McCallum and Syeda Irtizaali.
