Chrissy Teigen's 2-Year-Old Daughter Esti Receives Stitches After Home Accident: 'Traumatic for Both Child and Parent'

Chrissy Teigens youngest daughter, Esti, recently had a minor accident at home, requiring stitches. The Lip Sync Battle co-host shared a glimpse of the incident on her Instagram Stories, showing her 2-year-old daughter receiving care for a cut on her chin.

Hesitant to share this because he will get too busy to give my kids their daily stitches, but @drourian, thank you so much for always saving us, Teigen wrote. The traumas for a kid and parent both! We love you so much.

Teigen and her husband, John Legend, are parents to four children. Their first daughter, Luna Simone, was born in April 2016, followed by son Miles Theodore in May 2018. After experiencing a pregnancy loss in 2020, the couple expanded their family in 2023, welcoming daughter Esti Maxine in January and son Wren Alexander Stephens via surrogate in June.

Reflecting on parenting four children, Teigen previously shared, For me, the hardest part is making sure the older ones feel loved and taken care of and just as special as the babies. There's a lot of diaper changing and feeding, and it seems like you're coddling these two little babies and they're not getting enough. I think any parent of multiple kids can understand that you want to make sure they still feel loved.

Earlier this year, Teigen received a heartfelt Courage Award from her eldest daughter, Luna, who crafted the award herself. Luna praised her mother for standing up for whats right and supporting others. Teigen responded with gratitude, hugging her daughter and expressing, I would like to thank my family because everything I do is for you guys, and that's the truth. I love you so much. Thank you.

The familys moments together, including the award presentation, have been shared by Teigen on social media, highlighting her close bond with her children.
