Criscilla Anderson, once a hip-hop dancer and a lead on Netflix's 2020 reality series Country Ever After alongside her former husband Coffey Anderson, has revealed in a posthumous message that she has passed away following a battle with colon cancer. She was 45 years old.

In an Instagram post shared by her friend Lindsey Villatoro on December 2, Criscilla wrote, If youre reading this, Ive finally slipped into the arms of Jesuspeacefully and surrounded by love. Please dont stay in the darkness of this moment. I fought hard and I loved deeply.

She also addressed her children and step-daughter, calling them my whole heart: Ethan, 14; Emmarie, 12; Everleigh, 9; and Savannah, 17. She wrote messages of love and encouragement to each of them, emphasizing her enduring presence in their lives. My babies I am watching over you. When a moment feels warm, familiar, or too beautiful to be coincidencethats me. Im still mothering you. Im still yours, she added.

Criscilla, who previously worked as a choreographer for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, was first diagnosed with colon cancer in 2018 and entered remission in 2021. The disease returned in late 2022, with a high risk of recurrence. Recently, the cancer spread to her brain, discovered after she suffered a stroke. Despite exploring radiation, chemotherapy, and clinical trials, her battle ended with her passing.

Her ex-husband Coffey Anderson paid tribute on social media, describing her as a true fighter and lamenting the void left by her death. He acknowledged their co-parenting efforts, saying their children are resilient and strong as ever. We did good with them.

The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders also expressed condolences, highlighting her impact as a judge during their 2024 tryouts and praising her talent, passion, and strength. Her spirit, artistry, and heart will never be forgotten, the team wrote.
