The Foo Fighters are set to perform a special benefit show on Wednesday, January 14 at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. Proceeds from the event will support charities long championed by Dave Grohl, his wife Jordyn, and the band, including Hope the Mission and Los Angeles Mission.

The exclusive pre-sale for the concert will take place on Sunday, December 7, as an in-person ticket purchase and donation drive at the Forum. Attendees are encouraged to bring items from the list provided by Hope the Mission, who will be present to collect donations:

  • New socks and underwear (all sizes for men, women, and children)
  • Bagged dried pinto beans
  • Pasta, such as spaghetti or macaroni (bagged or boxed)
  • Bagged dried rice

Please note that canned goods and perishable items will not be accepted.

All contributions and ticket sales will benefit Hope Uniteds partner organizations, Hope the Mission and Los Angeles Mission, helping provide food, clothing, shelter, and essential services to unhoused and food-insecure residents of Los Angeles. Monetary donations will also support their ongoing work to assist those experiencing homelessness.

Dave Grohl commented on the event, saying, What better way to celebrate my 57th birthday than making a lot of noise for a meaningful cause? This isnt just a rock concertits a big-hearted celebration. Turn up the music, turn up the hope, and most importantly TURN UP. The best gift is to give.

Rowan Vansleve, president of Hope the Mission, added, Dave, Jordyn, and Foo Fighters demonstrate the power of showing up and giving back. This concert is more than musicits a call for all of us to work together to end homelessness in our city. Were thrilled to collaborate with the band, whose fans consistently rise to help when needed.

Dennis Oleesky, CEO of Los Angeles Mission, stated, The effects of this concert extend far beyond a single night. Every ticket and donation will directly provide food and shelter to our unhoused neighbors. Were grateful to Foo Fighters for bringing real support and hope to our community.
