George Clooney Claims He is the Superior Batman Compared to This Actor

George Clooney recently expressed why he believes he surpasses Ben Affleck in portraying Batman. During an appearance on the New Heights podcast, Travis Kelce asked Clooney to rate his brother Jason Kelce as the Caped Crusader. Clooney, commenting on Jasons humorous Batman photo, subtly boasted about his own superhero credentials while playfully taking a dig at Affleck.

While discussing Jason Kelces comical Batman image, Clooney suggested Jason might make a good villain. He remarked, I think they remembered that picture coming out. You could be one of the bad guys in the film. Clooney then confidently stated, By the way, uh you and I all both of you and I know that I was the best Batman. You know that, right? Absolutely. I mean, theres no absolute best. I mean, Ben Affleck, come on. I mean.

He credited his claim to being the only Batman to wear the rubber nipples on the suit. Travis Kelce noted that they werent very noticeable, but Clooney admitted they looked odd in colder conditions. When it got colder, it was like two Dunlap tires coming out, he joked.

Reflecting on His Role in Pop Culture

In another discussion, Clooney was asked which role defines his career. He humorously answered, Well, I think its Batman & Robin, dont you? Reiterating his lighthearted confidence, he added, I make that joke a lot, Ill say Im the best Batman, and you can see peoples eyes just they go How can you say that!?

Batman & Robin premiered in June 1997 and was initially planned to have a sequel titled Batman Unchained/Batman Triumphant. However, the movies disappointing box office performance and critical reception led to the cancellation of the follow-up.
