'Good Eats' Alton Brown Starts YouTube Cooking Show, Partners With Adventure Media

Television personality Alton Brown, renowned for creating and hosting the Peabody Award-winning series Good Eats, is stepping into the digital space with a new YouTube cooking series titled Alton Brown Cooks Food. Brown has also partnered with management firm Adventure Media.

The series premiered on November 23 with a Thanksgiving-themed episode that quickly went viral, reaching 1.5 million views within the first 24 hours and now exceeding 2 million views. A follow-up episode was released shortly afterward. The show plans to expand into additional episodic content and live experiences.

Adventure Media, founded in 2022 by Chris von Goetz and James Robins Early, initially focused on literary representation but has since grown to include talent management, sports, broadcasting, and digital creators. Brown already has a significant online presence, with short-form culinary videos on Instagram and TikTok attracting hundreds of thousands of views.

Recently, Brown completed a 60-city live tour titled Alton Brown Live: Last Bite. Adventure Media aims to further develop his digital content, brand collaborations, live events, and multi-platform strategies.

In addition to Good Eats, Brown is known for hosting Iron Chef America and Cutthroat Kitchen. He has authored ten best-selling books, including Food for Thought: Essays and Ruminations (2025).
