Pakistani social media personality Pyari Maryam has tragically died due to complications during childbirth, local media report. She was 26 years old.

Maryam gave birth to twin boys, who survived, confirmed her husband, Ahsan Ali. Sharing the news on Instagram Stories, he posted a photo of the newborns, covering their faces with heart emojis, and requested prayers while assuring followers that the babies were "safe."

Known for her heartfelt and engaging content, Maryam had nearly 150,000 Instagram followers and also shared moments of her life on TikTok and YouTube. In the weeks leading up to the birth, she posted frequently with Ali, who appeared in videos wearing a "Dad to Be" shirt.

Ali has asked for privacy for the family during this difficult time, urging the public and well-wishers to respect their need for space as they grieve.
