Jason Kelce Reveals the "Devastating" Past Pregnancy Loss of Kylie Kelce

Jason Kelce, former Philadelphia Eagles star, has shared a deeply personal story about his familys struggles. He and his wife Kylie Kelce, parents to four daughtersWyatt, 6, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finnley, 7 monthsexperienced the loss of a pregnancy in 2018 before their children were born.

"I remember it being absolutely devastating," Jason recalled during the March of Dimes 43rd Sports Luncheon in New York on December 3. "I went out to my truck in the middle of practice and meetings, overwhelmed by grief and emotion."

Despite the pain, Jason found comfort in the support of those around him. "In times like these, you see the value of sports and teams," he said. "Coaches, teammates, friends, and others connected to the Eagles shared their own experiences with miscarriage. It made me realize how common this is, even though its rarely discussed."

Jason emphasized that the communitys support was crucial for their healing. "It was incredibly meaningful for us to see that we were not alone in this," he shared.

Since that difficult time, Jason feels fortunate to have welcomed four children with Kylie. He jokingly describes the lively atmosphere at home, saying, "There's chaos in our house. Im not sure whos learning moreme or the kids."

Kylie has noticed a transformation in Jason since becoming a father. "Weve had the joy of building our family together," she said. "He is the steady heartbeat of our home. While people see his intensity and dedication, I see his love and care every day."

She added that Jasons dedication as an athlete reflects his approach to family life. "Jason always believed that being part of a team, whether on the field or at home, means showing up fully, supporting others, and standing together through challenges," Kylie explained.

The couples family milestones include the births of their daughters: Wyatt Elizabeth Kelce in October 2019, Elliotte Ray Kelce in 2021, their third daughter in February 2023, and Finnley "Finn" Anne Kelce on March 30, 2025. Their children have shared many joyful moments with their parents, from birthday celebrations to fun family activities.
