Jonas Brothers honored with hand and foot prints at TCL Chinese Theater

On December 3, the Jonas Brothers were celebrated for two decades in the entertainment industry with a special hand- and footprint ceremony at the iconic TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles. Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas, who first visited Los Angeles at ages 18, 16, and 13, respectively, had long dreamt of leaving their mark at the theater.

"We were listening to Weezer while driving around the city," Joe Jonas recalled. "'Beverly Hills, that's where I want to be' played, and we thought, 'One day, well make it here.'"

The event coincides with the Disney+ premiere of A Very Jonas Christmas Movie and the conclusion of their "Greetings From Your Hometown" U.S. tour, which also celebrates their 20-year milestone. The brothers first gained fame with their 2006 debut album, It's About Time, and their Disney Channel series Jonas, later branching into acting with projects like the Camp Rock films while selling millions of albums worldwide.

The trio, from left to right Nick Jonas, Kevin Jonas, and Joe Jonas, participated in the ceremony, permanently etching their hand and footprints into the forecourt of the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

Although the Jonas Brothers received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2023, the hand and footprint honor held special meaning. "When we first came to Los Angeles, this was the very first place we visited," Joe Jonas said. "Seeing these stars and prints, we always thought, 'maybe one day,' but never imagined it would happen so early in our careers."

The Jonas Brothers' hand and footprints are now displayed at the TCL Chinese Theatre, marking a lasting tribute to their enduring influence in music and entertainment.
