Kim Kardashian breaks down in tears while disclosing that her ex Kanye West accused her of 'faking' the 2016 Paris robbery: 'You Don't Know Who I Am'

The December 4 installment of The Kardashians gave viewers a glimpse into Kim Kardashian's trip to Paris to testify in the ongoing trial concerning the 2016 robbery she endured.

During the episode, Kim became visibly emotional while addressing claims from her ex-husband, Kanye West, suggesting that the robbery had been staged. "To think that someone wouldnt believe you someone so close who should understand how deeply it impacted your life it hurt me profoundly," she said through tears.

Kim, 45, expressed her frustration directly, noting, "My ex-husband said, You faked your robbery for a TV show, and said it in front of so many people. That felt like a knife to my heart. You dont know who I am."

At the time of the heist, West, 48, was married to Kim. He famously canceled a New York City concert midway, citing a "family emergency," before rushing to be by her side upon her return to the United States.

Recalling her testimony, Kim reflected on the doubts her ex had cast over the legitimacy of the robbery, in which she was restrained, threatened at gunpoint, and robbed of over $10 million in jewelry. "To finally face these people in court, hear their accounts and apologies it proved to everyone, it was real," she said, adding through tears, "Im just relieved its over."

The episode also highlighted Kims terrifying memories of the night the robbers, disguised as police officers, entered her hotel room. "I was in only a robe and certain I was going to be assaulted," she recounted during her testimony.

When appearing in court in May, Kim was composed, accompanied by her mother, Kris Jenner, and her childhood friend, Simone Harouche, who testified on her behalf. Reflecting on the ordeal, Kim said, "This was less than 10 minutes of my life. Ive had an amazing life, and a few minutes of terror wont define me."

After the nearly six-hour testimony, Kim told Kris, 70, that the experience had a positive impact on her: "It changed my life for the better. I wanted to say that in court, but my attorneys would have lost it."

New episodes of The Kardashians continue to air on Hulu every Thursday at 12 a.m. ET.
