Lisa Marie Presley Divorces Michael Jackson After Singer's Covert Trip with Underage Boys.

Lisa Marie Presley terminated her marriage to Michael Jackson following reports that the pop icon took a covert trip to a European amusement park with two young brothers, a trip that has now led the boys' family to pursue a $213 million claim against Jacksons estate. Sources reveal that Presley filed for divorce in January 1996, shortly after Jackson allegedly traveled to France with siblings Frank and Eddie Cascio, aged 14 and 11 at the time, without informing the wife he married in 1994.

Insiders say that Presley, then 27, immediately sought legal counsel after photos surfaced showing Jackson, 37, on a balcony with the two boys. A close friend recalls Lisa Marie saying, This marriage was a crazy mistake. Its over.

According to sources, the marriage was largely performative, with Jackson allegedly interested in Presleys connection to Elvis music catalog and in managing public perception following a civil suit accusing him of child molestation in 1993. Michael got what he wanted from Lisa, which was positive publicity, one source says, noting that the couple spent very little time together during their marriage.

Lisa Marie Presley passed away in January 2023 at 54 due to cardiac arrest related to complications from previous weight loss surgery. Michael Jackson, who died in 2009 at age 50 from a propofol overdose, spent much of his life defending himself against allegations of child abuse and was acquitted in 2005 of molesting a 13-year-old boy in Santa Barbara, California.

Frank Cascio, now 44, and his familyformerly close friends of Jacksonare seeking a $213 million settlement, claiming he and his siblings were abused by the Bad singer. However, Jacksons estate attorney, Marty Singer, dismissed the allegations, stating the Cascio family had consistently maintained Jacksons innocence. Singer labeled the settlement attempt as an extortion effort, explaining that Frank Cascio initially approached the estate with his claims in an unusual manner, insisting on a hotel pool meeting to ensure no recording devices were present.
