Millie Bobby Brown confirms she has changed her official name

Millie Bobby Brown has officially changed her name following her marriage to Jake Bongiovi. The Stranger Things star now goes by Millie Bonnie Bongiovi, adopting her husbands surname after their wedding in May.

Her co-star and close friend Noah Schnapp recently revealed his confusion when trying to recall her full name during a video interview. Initially, he said, Its Millie Bonnie Brown, then guessed, Millie Bonnie Brown Bongiovi. Brown corrected him, clarifying, No, its just Millie Bonnie Bongiovi. Millie BonBon!

Throughout her career, Brown has been professionally known as Millie Bobby Brown. In March, she disclosed that her birth name was actually Millie Bonnie Brown and that she had altered Bonnie to Bobby in her stage name for fun.

Brown and Bongiovi, the son of musician Jon Bon Jovi, have been together for three years before marrying. In August, the couple announced the adoption of their first child, a daughter, stating, We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy. Currently, Brown is filming the fifth and final season of Stranger Things. Her character, Eleven, alongside her friends in Hawkins, is working to defeat the villainous Vecna. The season is being released in three parts: the first premiered on November 26, with the remaining episodes scheduled for Christmas Day and New Years Eve.

When asked about the upcoming episodes, Schnapp teased, You thought Volume 1 was crazy and Brown added simply, Get ready.
