'NCIS: Tony & Ziva' axed after 1 season on Paramount+

The Paramount+ spin-off series "NCIS: Tony & Ziva" has been canceled after just one season. Despite the duo reprising their roles, the show will not return for a second season. Fans can still stream the first season, which follows the characters' journey after Ziva's presumed death.

The Paramount+ spin-off series NCIS: Tony & Ziva, starring Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo reprising their original roles, will not be renewed for a second season. This decision was confirmed just two months after the conclusion of the show's first season.

In a joint announcement, Weatherly and de Pablo expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to continue the story of their characters: "We feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to bring these characters back to life and to explore the next chapter of Tony and Ziva's journey. The complete first season of NCIS: Tony & Ziva remains available for streaming on Paramount+.

The series continues the narrative following Ziva's presumed death, which initially caused Tony to leave NCIS and raise their daughter, Tali, on his own.
