New Hulu Series Casts Game of Thrones Star

Hulus forthcoming limited series Count My Lies has announced a significant addition to its cast: Kit Harington, known for his role in Game of Thrones, will star alongside Lindsay Lohan and Shailene Woodley in the adaptation of Sophie Stavas novel. The series continues to generate excitement as production advances.

Kit Harington Cast as Jay Lockhart

Harington will take on the role of Jay Lockhart, joining the already announced leads, Lindsay Lohan and Shailene Woodley. The story follows Woodleys character, Sloane Caraway, a habitual liar whose newest deception lands her a position that quickly becomes perilous.

According to the official synopsis: When compulsive liar Sloane Caraway (Woodley) maneuvers her way into a nanny role for the alluring Violet (Lohan) and Jay Lockhart (Harington), she believes shes secured her ideal job. Yet, Sloane is unaware that the household conceals secrets poised to erupt with potentially devastating consequences.

Haringtons Rising Momentum

The addition of Harington brings fresh attention to the series. Celebrated for portraying Jon Snow across eight seasons of HBOs Game of Thrones, he has also built a robust film career with appearances in The Family Plan 2, Eternals, and Baby Ruby. On television, he recently appeared in a guest role on Lena Dunhams Netflix series Too Much and is set to feature in HBOs financial drama Industry, which returns for Season 4 on January 11.

Creative Team Behind the Series

Count My Lies is helmed by showrunners Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger, who will also executive produce through The Walk-Up Company. Antonio Campos is attached as director and executive producer, ensuring a high-profile production for the anticipated adaptation.
