Last month, Olivia Munn joined Jenna Bush Hager as a co-host on the TODAY show, delighting viewers with her presence. Since that episode aired, fans have speculated whether Munn might become a regular member of the hosting team.
In a recent interview, the actress shared her thoughts on joining the show more permanently. She mentioned that while a full-time role isn't practical for her right now, she would be happy to fill in if one of the hosts takes a vacation.
Munn appeared on Today with Jenna & Friends on Wednesday, November 19, and received praise for her hosting skills. Speaking with Entertainment Tonight at The Hollywood Reporters Women in Entertainment Breakfast in Los Angeles, Munn was asked about the possibility of co-hosting full-time. She explained that her current lifestyle, including her husbands frequent travels, makes a permanent move to New York challenging.
Despite these constraints, Munn expressed admiration for Jenna Bush Hager and offered to step in as a guest co-host whenever a main host is away, showing enthusiasm for the opportunity.
During her guest appearance, Munn also shared a humorous story about her marriage proposal from comedian John Mulaney. She described how he proposed at the balcony of a Bel Air hotel suite that had a hot tub surrounded by unusual signs, including one that read no diarrhea, which unexpectedly appeared in their engagement photos.
