Rachel Zoe Reveals Her 2 Sons Were Aware of Ex Rodger Berman's Girlfriend

During the premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15, Rachel Zoe discussed her ex-husband Rodger Berman being seen with his girlfriend Bree Jacoby just months after their 2024 separation. Zoe revealed that their two sons, Skyler, 14, and Kaius, 11, had likely known about Jacoby for nearly ten months.

The fashion designer, 54, reflected on the current state of her and her childrens relationship with Berman. Rodger has been with the same woman for a year, Zoe said. The kids probably have known for about 10 months. When reminded that Berman, 57, started dating shortly after their split, she replied, Ill let you do the math.

Zoe acknowledged that her sons interactions with Berman have been complicated since the separation. They sometimes question why he behaves the way he does or why time is spent with his girlfriend rather than with them, she explained.

Although Zoe is making an effort to view Berman as a friend, she admitted that their relationship has not reached that point yet.

Reflecting on her long history with Berman, Zoe shared that they met at George Washington University in 1991 and married in 1998. Comparing their marriage to a story from The Notebook, she said, We were together for 33 years, married for 26. We spent 18 years together before having kids. Things changed after that, and we grew into different people.

She added that working together was one of the main sources of strain in their relationship. Lines got crossed, and over time, he became someone unrecognizable. Ultimately, that person didnt feel right around me or my kids, Zoe said.

Despite describing the summer following their split as brutal, Zoe now appreciates the peace of living alone. I come home to an empty house smiling. Its very peaceful, she said, emphasizing that her childrens well-being is her top priority. If my kids are happy, everything is fine.

Regarding past rumors about Berman, Zoe commented, The timeline is the timeline. Everything I share is through the lens of what my children will see and hear. Life is unpredictable, but it takes a lot to truly shock me.
