Reaction of 'Today' Show Fans to Hoda Kotb's Revealing of 'Adorable' TV Watching Secret

Hoda Kotb is known for showing her support for her Today colleagues, even in unexpected situations. On Thursday, December 4, she shared a playful moment on Instagram, revealing how she watched that days episode of the NBC morning show while traveling.

I spy the @todayshow crew spreading holiday cheer! Kotb wrote, sharing a photo of herself and other passengers enjoying Today on a flight. She added, @delta tvs tuned in!!! @savannahguthrie @alroker @jennabhager @craigmelvinnbc @carsondaly I seeeee you!!! In the image, both a person next to Kotb and another passenger in front had the show on their seatback screens.

Kotb captured this moment during a cheerful Today segment, where Guthrie, Craig Melvin, Al Roker, Carson Daly, and Jenna Bush Hager shared holiday joy across 30 Rockefeller Plaza. The team drew inspiration from the tiny Tree on Three Christmas tree in the Today offices.

Shes small but mighty, and proof that holiday spirit comes in all sizes, Guthrie explained via voiceover. The team hosts a daily lighting ceremony throughout the holiday season, often with guest participants like Reba McEntire, Walker Hayes, and the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

After Guthrie lit the Tree on Three, the hosts distributed small Christmas trees around 30 Rock. They first visited NBC 4 New York hosts and crew, then delivered another tree to Tom Llamas and the NBC Nightly News team. Llamas jokingly asked, What is this? to which Roker responded, This is Christmas, Llamas!

For their final stop, the Today crew decorated Kelly Clarksons 30 Rock office. Roker inquired if these were her first decorations of the season, and Clarkson confirmed she had none. While decorating, Melvin noticed a Today mug, which Clarkson revealed she uses daily for her protein shake.

Kotb recently spread holiday cheer on TV as well, cohosting the Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade on November 27 alongside Guthrie and Roker.
