Recap of General Hospital: Cyrus and Esme Continue to Haunt Laura's Dreams

In today's episode of General Hospital, Jason helps a heavily intoxicated Britt back to Bobbie's. Britt, trying to take her medication, becomes too impaired and falls. Jason returns and assists her with the injection, ensuring her safety.

Meanwhile, Carly and Jack share a quiet Thanksgiving together. Carly admits her sadness that Lucas isn't with them, and Jack encourages her that he will come around. Tensions continue as Carly and Lucas argue over Marco. Felicia expresses gratitude to Lucas for getting Maxie into a top-tier facility. Although Maxies condition hasn't improved, Lucas sees this as a positive. Carly interrupts with Thanksgiving pie and expresses that she misses him. Lucas becomes upset when the conversation turns to Marco. Carly tries to shield him from the hurt caused by Marcos dishonesty. Lucas insists he loves her but reminds her to accept Marco's presence in their lives.

At General Hospital, Brennan warns Josslyn about the consequences of disobedience, including the possibility of being sent to a remote post. Josslyn shares with Trina about her relationship with Vaughn and the difficulties she has faced. Brennan criticizes her actions with Emma and Gio regarding the dogs, and he insists she follow protocol. He emphasizes the urgency of stopping Sidwell and the WSBs interest in his technology, though much of the reasoning remains classified, leaving Josslyn frustrated. Later, Brennan receives a shocking call that deeply unsettles him.

Sidwell escalates his threats, showing Sonny a photo of him and Laura near Dalton's body. He demands cooperation and warns that if anything happens to him or Marco, the evidenceincluding a gun with Laura's DNAwill go to the authorities. Sidwell is confident Sonny will act to protect Laura.

Laura experiences a disturbing nightmare in which Cyrus confronts her with the murder weapon and urges her to take responsibility, while Esme joins the haunting vision. Upon waking, she confides in Kevin about Sidwells blackmail and the nightmare. She worries about the potential consequences for Ace and Sonny if she comes forward. Laura contacts Sonny, who assures her that they will find a solution after speaking with Sidwell.

Meanwhile, an escaped Valentin breaks into Carly's home, adding further tension to the unfolding drama.
