Report: WWE Likely to Maintain Partnership with Comedian Andrew Schulz on Netflix

WWE's Chief Content Officer, Paul "Triple H" Levesque, has increased his involvement in comedy and entertainment circles, including appearing on the "Kill Tony" podcast and collaborating with comedian Tony Hinchcliffe on a WrestleMania roast. These ventures have paved the way for comedian Andrew Schulz to appear on WWE programming multiple times over the past year, and sources indicate he is likely to return.

Reports from Fightful Select and WrestleVotes suggest Schulz impressed WWE executives during his appearances, which has contributed to expectations of his continued presence on WWE shows. Schulz, known for his numerous Netflix specials, leveraged the platform, which also airs "WWE Raw," to facilitate his prior appearances.

In addition to his WWE involvement, Schulz is part of the cast for the upcoming "Street Fighter" film directed by Kitao Sakurai, known for "Twisted Metal." The movie features WWE stars Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes, former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Hirooki Goto, and other talents including Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, UFC fighter Alexander Volkanovski, Jason Momoa from "Game of Thrones" and "Aquaman," and Eric Andre from "The Eric Andre Show." Paramount is distributing the film, which is scheduled for release in October 2026. Cody Rhodes has noted that filming intense action sequences on the project has enhanced his wrestling abilities.

During Schulz's most recent WWE appearance, he was involved in a heated exchange with former WWE United States Champion Logan Paul, from which AJ Styles intervened to protect Schulz. The segment also featured TKO Group Holdings COO Mark Shapiro.
