Several months after Scott Wolf sought a restraining order against his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, the request has reportedly been withdrawn. A Utah court granted the actors motion to dismiss the amended temporary protective order during a hearing on Wednesday, December 3, declaring all previously issued orders null and void.
This marks the latest development in the pairs contentious divorce. Kelley, 49, announced in June that she and the 57-year-old Party of Five star with whom she shares three children, Jackson, 16, Miller, 13, and Lucy, 11 were ending their marriage.
Shortly after the announcement, Kelley posted an Instagram video showing her being detained as a man, believed to be a law-enforcement officer, informed her she had made concerning comments. She was subsequently admitted to a Utah hospital. On June 23, she told followers she had SURVIVED an involuntary 5150, referring to a type of 72-hour psychiatric hold used when a person is deemed to pose a danger to themselves or others.
People later reported that Scott filed his first restraining order request on June 25. In August, Kelley was arrested in Utah on two misdemeanor charges, including alleged electronic harassment and unlawful disclosure of personal identifying information. She shared posts on Instagram describing her interaction with authorities, writing that she was frightened and did not understand why she was being taken into custody.
Kelley insisted she was not a threat to anyone and denied having mental health or substance-related issues. She emphasized that she did not want to be hospitalized.
On August 28, a protective order barred Kelley from contacting Scott or their children and required her to remain at least 300 feet away from him. Less than a week later, she was reportedly charged with violating the order. Kelley said in a statement that she did not understand how the proceedings were being handled.
Sources told People that Kelley was admitted to a Utah mental health facility in September and was later transferred to another center in the region.
