Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco Celebrate Their First Christmas Together as a Married Couple with a Charming Tree Trimming Video

After more than two years together, Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco marked a special occasion on Thursday, Dec. 4: their first Christmas as a married couple. The singer and the producer/songwriter, who tied the knot on Sept. 27, shared a series of delightful photos and videos on Instagram capturing them decorating their Christmas tree and exchanging affectionate kisses between placing ornaments.

Our first Christmas as a married couple, Gomez, 33, captioned the post. In one playful time-lapse video, the couple sits on the floor selecting decorations, with Gomez wearing a grey holiday sweater paired with white shorts, while Blanco, 37, sports a brown-toned outfit. They take brief pauses from their decorating to share tender kisses.

Additional clips and images show their festive activities, ending with a touching moment where Blanco crouches to place an ornament on a lower branch as Gomez gently rests her hand on his curly hair, highlighting their joyful holiday bond.

The couple celebrated their marriage with an intimate ceremony at Sea Crest Nursery in Santa Barbara, California, in September. Despite appearing content and relaxed, Gomez later spoke about her personal anxieties during her panel at Fortunes Most Powerful Women conference in Washington, D.C. on Oct. 15. She admitted to fearing that she might lose her achievements, including her relationship with Blanco.

I tend to think that whenever something wonderful happens in my life, something bad is bound to follow, Gomez explained. Instead of fully enjoying the moment, I sometimes worry, What if this all disappears tomorrow? How do I protect it? She reflected further, Even after getting married, I found myself crying because I thought, I might not survive tomorrow.
