Sources close to the couple claim the allegations are exaggerated and driven by financial motives. The couple is said to be shocked and upset as the lawsuit revives old controversies they have consistently denied.

Insiders suggest that Will and Jada consider the $3 million legal action a clear attempt to profit from their fame.
