Thousands of households are still experiencing a lack of water as a problem continues at a South East Water (SEW) treatment facility. The disruption has forced the closure of at least nine schools in the affected area on Monday.
South East Water has indicated that it anticipates water service will gradually resume during the course of the day. Meanwhile, the Member of Parliament for Tunbridge Wells described the situation as a "complete catastrophe" for local residents.
Residents are advised to follow updates on BBC Radio Kent as the water shortage continues to cause frustration and concern.
