Norbert Gyurcsik, a resident of Kestrel Road, Hereford, has been imprisoned for holding and distributing far-right music and materials. Authorities arrested him in May of last year after discovering albums whose lyrics violated terrorism laws and were intended to provoke racial hatred.
In October, Gyurcsik admitted to one charge of distributing and two charges of possessing such material. On Thursday at Worcester Crown Court, the 48-year-old received a prison sentence of 40 months for each offence, with all terms to run concurrently.
Police searches at Gyurcsik's home uncovered over 2,000 records, which he had been trading throughout the UK and Europe.
