Fresh Photos Revealing the Interior of Epstein's Private Island

The House Oversight Committee unveiled new photos and video footage on Wednesday showing the private islands where Jeffrey Epstein committed many of his crimes. The collection includes 10 previously unseen images captured by authorities from the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Among the images are a room containing a dentists chair surrounded by masks, a bedroom, and various living areas. One notable photo shows a library with four armchairs arranged in a square, facing each other, with a blackboard in the background. Words such as truth, music, deception, power, fin, phy, intellectual, and political are scrawled on the blackboard, while other words appear redacted.

Representative Robert Garcia, the Democratic ranking member of the committee, described the release as a disturbing insight into Jeffrey Epsteins world and his island. He emphasized that the photos and videos aim to ensure transparency in the ongoing investigation and assist in fully understanding Epsteins crimes. We will continue pursuing justice for the survivors, he stated, urging the release of all related files by former President Trump.

Epstein owned Little St. James and Great St. James in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Survivors have testified that they were trafficked to Little St. James, where abuse occurred over nearly two decades. Virginia Giuffre, one of Epsteins most well-known victims, described in her memoir being trafficked at age 18 and subjected to violent abuse by a former Prime Minister.

The island also hosted wealthy and influential guests, although there is no evidence that visitors engaged in criminal acts. The released images and videos provide the public with a first look at Epsteins luxurious island estate. One video shows a sweeping view of the ocean, palm trees, a swimming pool, and a large archer statue. Another photo depicts a landline phone with several names labeled on speed-dial buttons, though some were redacted.

The release comes amid ongoing pressure by Democrats on the Oversight Committee to compel the Justice Department to make the Epstein files public. This follows a law signed by President Trump two weeks ago requiring the files disclosure. The Justice Department has until December 19 to comply, though it has provided little information on how it will meet the deadline, and certain exceptions allow Attorney General Pam Bondi discretion to withhold content. Bipartisan lawmakers have requested updates from Bondi to prevent delays and ensure compliance.
