The US-based hospitality company, CN Hotels, has selected Cloudbeds as its new property management system (PMS) in a strategic move to enhance performance across its portfolio. This change is aimed at integrating various previously fragmented systems into one unified platform.
Cloudbeds' platform will be rolled out across CN Hotels' properties in the southeastern United States, offering a more centralized management system that improves operational visibility and streamlines day-to-day activities.
The first phase of the transition will take place at Hotel Alice, with additional properties, including Hawthorne Inn & Conference Center and Hotel Denim, slated to follow suit. CN Hotels currently oversees more than 30 properties, comprising over 3,600 rooms in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida. The company operates a diverse range of hotels, from independent properties to those under major international brands.
Tiffany Reynolds, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CN Hotels, highlighted the company's goal of simplifying operations for the benefit of both guests and staff. "We focused on improving efficiency, strengthening financial performance, and enhancing guest experience. With Cloudbeds' centralized reporting and seamless connectivity, we are able to make better decisions, optimize revenue, and provide improved stays for our guests," Reynolds said.
CN Hotels, founded in 1994, has been involved in hotel ownership, management, and development. Its portfolio includes independent hotels as well as branded properties operating under names such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Best Western.
Cloudbeds, which began operations in 2012, provides its software solutions to hoteliers in more than 150 countries worldwide. The company's platform offers a suite of tools designed to optimize operational efficiency and enhance guest interactions in the hospitality sector.
Cloudbeds' CEO and co-founder, Adam Harris, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration with CN Hotels, saying, "CN Hotels embodies the kind of progressive partner we seek a team that sees technology as an enabler rather than a complication. Together, we are removing the barriers caused by disconnected systems, allowing their teams to focus on what matters most delivering exceptional hospitality."
In a recent development, Cloudbeds also entered into a reseller agreement with HIT Cloud, part of the HIT Group of Companies, expanding its reach and strengthening its global presence.
