Authorities have apprehended four people following early-morning police operations at several locations in Wolverhampton. Officers from the West Midlands Police county lines unit focused on dismantling a network identified as the K Line.
Raids took place on Thursday at homes in Horseley Fields, Tettenhall, and Wednesfield. During the searches, a significant quantity of substances suspected to be heroin and crack cocaine was confiscated, alongside a sum of cash. Both the drugs and money will undergo forensic analysis as investigations proceed.
The detainees include two men aged 30, one man aged 29, and a 28-year-old woman, all held on suspicion of possessing drugs with intent to distribute. They were kept in police custody overnight as inquiries continue.
