Lack of evidence for rumor about Charlie Kirk subscribing to trans influencer's OnlyFans

Several weeks after the tragic death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk in September 2025, social media circulated allegations claiming he had subscribed to a transgender womans OnlyFans account and sent her $30,000. Screenshots purportedly showing his legal name tied to a credit card fueled these rumors across platforms including X, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

One TikTok post stated, "Charlie Kirk accused of subscribing to transgender influencer website." Many videos framed the claims as evidence of hypocrisy, referencing Kirk's public positions on transgender issues and OnlyFans usage. However, no verified evidence has emerged supporting the claim that Kirk actually subscribed or made payments to the content creator.

The screenshot that circulated online displayed a name in the subscriber list. Importantly, OnlyFans allows users to set any display name, which is not verified and can be changed at any time. Therefore, the image alone cannot confirm Kirks identity or participation.

Journalists reached out to the original poster requesting proof, including unedited dashboard recordings, metadata, payment confirmations, or communications linking Kirk to the account. OnlyFans was also contacted for information, with no evidence verifying the claim.

The accusation originated from an online creator using the handle @jadetrapgirlts. She claimed that Kirk had subscribed under the username @ownthelibz1776 using his full legal name, "Charles James Kirk," which allegedly appeared in her dashboard. The screenshot displayed the subscriber name along with subscription earnings and a last activity date coinciding with Kirks death on September 10, 2025.

However, OnlyFans policies indicate that creators cannot see subscribers legal names or credit card details. User display names shown in dashboards are chosen voluntarily and are not verified against payment information. A test account demonstrated that any display name could be entered and would appear unchanged to the creator, confirming that the name in the screenshot could have been fabricated.

Additionally, the account using the handle @ownthelibz1776 now contains a disclaimer stating: "I am not Charlie Kirk, I am Foilmanhacks," linking to an X account of Jason Sawyer, who demonstrated that the username could be newly registered, proving it was not previously tied to Kirk.

Therefore, there is no evidence supporting the claim that Kirk subscribed to the OnlyFans page or spent $30,000. The screenshot does not verify subscriber identity, and the account itself explicitly denies any connection to Kirk.
