Mark your calendars: 2nd Princeton CorpGov Forum with Economics Department on May 21, 2026

CorpGov is set to host the second edition of the Princeton CorpGov Forum on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at Princeton University, in collaboration with the Department of Economics. The forum will feature an afternoon of panels, fireside discussions, and networking opportunities, concluding with a reception offering cocktails and substantial hors doeuvres.

The event will be recorded and transformed into a detailed report, shared on CorpGov and through content partners including Yahoo Finance, Bloomberg Terminals, Reuters via LSEG Workspace, and AlphaSense. All sessions will be filmed in 4K resolution with professional editing.

Institutional investors, corporate leaders, and Princeton alumni and students are encouraged to attend. Register here to secure your spot. Individuals interested in speaking can reach out via [email protected].

This forum follows the inaugural Princeton CorpGov Forum, which was held at The Nassau Inn in Princeton, New Jersey, in partnership with NYSE and Goldman Sachs. That event attracted over a hundred participants including investors, executives, and alumni for a full afternoon of panels and networking.

The Princeton Forum also builds on the momentum from the 5th Annual Palm Beach CorpGov Forum, scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 5 and Thursday, Nov. 6. This upcoming event will host a diverse lineup of speakers from corporate governance, activism, IPOs, private equity, and venture capital sectors, including keynote speaker Josh Frank, Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Trian Fund Management. Other notable speakers include Daphna Edwards Ziman and Andrew Keys.
