Sources claim that Prince Harry was captivated by Meghan Markles charm even before their first encounter. Reports suggest that the Duke of Sussex frequently checked her Instagram profile in the early stages of his interest.

In his memoir Spare, Harry recounts first noticing Meghan through a post by her friend Violet von Westenholz in 2016. At that time, Markle, mother of two, was appearing in the legal drama Suits. The post featured a short video clip with the popular dog filter of the era.

According to insiders, Harry watched the clip multiple times, describing Meghan as "unbelievably beautiful." One source revealed that he was determined to meet her and constantly on his phone hoping for a chance to connect.

The memoir details how Harry reached out to Westenholz to facilitate an introduction. In the early days of texting Markle, he admitted to acting with the excitement and nervousness of a teenager. Their first date left a strong impression on him, calling her heart-attack beautiful, and after their second date and a trip to Botswana, he recognized her as his soulmate.
