Doherty had signed the agreement just one day before passing away in July 2024, and it was finalized shortly after her death.
The filing claims that Iswarienko has neglected several financial obligations specified in the settlement. One key provision required him to sell Doherty's Texas property, valued at $1.5 million, and split the net proceeds equally with her estate. According to the court documents, Iswarienko has "refused to list" the Dripping Springs home for sale, which is currently reported as his residence.
Additionally, the estate asserts that Iswarienko has not returned Doherty's personal belongings or provided an inventory of photographs of her, both requirements of the settlement. The documents note that he was supposed to provide copies of all photos by September 1, 2024, but is now over a year late in fulfilling this obligation.
Another stipulation involved the sale of a Mooney M-20 airplane, with Iswarienko expected to pay $100,000 to Doherty's estate within five business days. He reportedly withheld $50,274 after the sale in August 2024 and has yet to remit this amount, leaving the estate "15 months delinquent" on this payment.
Doherty, known for her role on Charmed, had filed for divorce from Iswarienko in 2023 after 11 years of marriage. Her representative previously stated that the split was not her preference, but she felt she had no other option. Doherty also revealed that she discovered her husband had been unfaithful during their marriage, just before undergoing brain surgery for a tumor, describing the experience as deeply painful.
