Prince William and Kate Middleton Share Another Loving Moment During German State Visit

During Germanys first state visit to the U.K. in 27 years, Prince William and Kate Middleton displayed a subtle but affectionate moment while touring Windsor Castle. As they explored the Royal Collection, William gently rested his hand on Kates back, highlighting the couples growing comfort with public displays of affection.

The royal pair welcomed German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and First Lady Elke Bdenbender on December 3, escorting them straight to Windsor Castle. Inside the castle, Williams supportive gesture in the Green Drawing Room was captured on video and later shared on social media.

Kate chose a striking blue Alexander McQueen coat, previously worn on Christmas Day 2023, paired with a black Burberry dress. She accessorized with Princess Dianas sapphire and diamond earrings, a Juliette Millinery fascinator, and the Prince of Wales Feathers Brooch, symbolizing Williams title. Her ensemble was thoughtfully coordinated with Queen Camillas blue attire.

Public displays of affection between William and Kate, once uncommon, are becoming increasingly frequent. Royal biographer Ingrid Seward noted that the couple is now more open with their affection, with William especially proud of Kates resilience and poise during recent personal challenges.
