A young woman, widely reported to be the secret daughter of Russian President Vladimir Putin, expressed regret over the conflict initiated by Russia during a street encounter in Paris. Luiza Rozova, 22, apologized for the war, stressing she had no influence to intervene, while shielding her face and requesting not to be recorded.
Rozova is believed to be the child of Putin and Svetlana Krivonogikh, a former cleaner who later became a multimillionaire. During an on-camera interaction recorded by Ukrainian journalist Dmytro Sviatnenko from TSN, she was questioned about her sense of responsibility for Russias military actions and her stance on the invasion of Ukraine. She replied, Im really sorry this is happening. Im not responsible for it.
The video shows Rozova, whose birth name is Elizaveta Krivonogikh, accompanied by a bodyguard. She was asked about living in Europe, a region often portrayed negatively in Russian media, and about her family discussions regarding the war. She declined to answer in detail, saying she had spoken enough and reiterating her sorrow over the conflict.
Long-standing speculation has suggested that Rozova may be one of several children allegedly fathered by Putin. She currently lives in self-imposed exile in Paris, working at art galleries known for anti-war exhibitions, including L Galerie in Belleville and Espace Albatros in Montreuil.
Born in 2003, Rozova grew up with a privileged lifestyle, traveling on private jets and attending high-end venues. Her mother, Krivonogikh, reportedly became wealthy through stakes in Russian banks and property acquisitions after her alleged relationship with Putin. Krivonogikh also owns the St. Petersburg entertainment venue Leningrad Centre.
Rozova has not publicly confirmed her connection to Putin, and the Kremlin has never acknowledged it. Putin has two officially recognized daughters, Maria Vorontsova and Katerina Tikhonova, from his marriage to Lyudmila Putina, though he rarely appears publicly with them. Rumors have also linked him to former gymnast Alina Kabaeva, with claims of two secret sons, though these remain unverified.
Rozovas appearance in Paris and her comments reflect a rare public statement from someone speculated to be closely related to Putin, highlighting the personal and political complexities surrounding Russias ongoing conflict.
