The most crowded streets in Northern Kentucky | List

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has released a list of the 10 most heavily trafficked roads in Northern Kentucky. The figures reflect the annual average daily traffic, showing the typical number of vehicles traveling each road segment per day over a year. Most data are from 2024, except for the AA Highway, which uses 2019 numbers, the latest available.

1. Burlington Pike (KY 18) between Interstate 71/75 and Mall Road: 43,579 vehicles
2. U.S. 27 between Alexandria Pike/I-471 and Martha Collins Boulevard: 43,214 vehicles
3. Turkeyfoot Road (KY 1303) between I-275 and Thomas More Parkway: 42,250 vehicles
4. KY 17 between Highland Pike and I-275: 38,423 vehicles
5. Burlington Pike (KY 18) between Limaburg Road and Houston Road: 36,076 vehicles
6. U.S. 27 between East Alexandria Pike and Industrial Road/Pooles Creek Road: 32,744 vehicles
7. Pride Parkway (KY 16) between I-275 and Taylor Mill Road: 30,621 vehicles
8. AA Highway between I-275 and Pooles Creek Road: 30,438 vehicles
9. U.S. 42 between Hopeful Church Road and I-71/75: 29,681 vehicles
10. Dixie Highway between Turkeyfoot Road and Buttermilk Pike: 25,237 vehicles
