Wynn Resorts has released an update on the construction of its newest property, Wynn Al Marjan Island, located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The resort is expected to open in early 2027. Spanning over 60 hectares, it will feature 1,217 resort rooms, 297 enclave suites, ten Marina Estates, four garden townhomes, and two royal apartments. Planned amenities include 22 dining venues, lounges and bars, a beach club, spa and beauty facilities, a luxury shopping area, and the Coral Court event venue. Additionally, a theater named The Showroom, 12 swimming pools, a 420-meter white sand beach, and a deep-water marina for superyachts will be part of the resorts offerings.

Structural construction has been finalized for 1,526 out of 1,530 units, representing 99.7% of total accommodations. Interior fit-out work is ongoing in approximately 1,504 units, alongside mechanical and electrical installations across the site.
