Brooke Mueller Demands $15 Million in Child Support from Charlie Sheen to be Paid within 30 Days

Brooke Mueller has filed legal documents claiming that her former husband, Charlie Sheen, owes her more than $15 million in unpaid child support for their twin sons, Bob and Max, 16. According to the filings, Mueller asserts that Sheen's debt includes roughly $8.97 million in unpaid support and over $6.4 million in accumulated interest.

The actress, 48, indicates that Sheen, 60, was ordered to pay $55,000 per month starting in April 2010, and she received payments without issue until July 2011. She alleges that after this date, Sheen either paid only partially or stopped payments entirely. Mueller is now requesting the court to compel Sheen to settle the full amount, along with $25,000 in attorney fees, within 30 days.

The former couple, who were married from 2008 to 2011, share legal custody of their twins. Their custody arrangement depends on Mueller maintaining sobriety, with Sheen designated as the primary residential parent. The agreement allows Mueller flexible visitation periods and encourages frequent contact with the children.

Mueller has praised Sheen for his involvement in their children's lives, noting that he has always been supportive and accessible, despite challenges over the years. She has spoken publicly about her struggles and the impact on her children, emphasizing that they have shown resilience through difficult times.

Sheen has also commented on his relationship with the twins, highlighting that they appreciate his efforts and understanding of Mueller's past difficulties. He maintains a close relationship with the boys while co-parenting without attorneys.
