Chase Infinity Shares How She Persuaded Leonardo DiCaprio to Embrace TikTok (Exclusive)

Chase Infiniti revealed how she persuaded Leonardo DiCaprio to participate in TikTok videos promoting One Battle After Another. Speaking on the red carpet at the 2025 Gotham Awards, she shared that by the end of their collaboration, DiCaprio had become fully engaged in the process.

Infiniti, 25, explained that her approach involved showing DiCaprio popular trends and asking if they appealed to him, framing it as a fun activity. I would show him trends and say, Is this something you'd like to try? I think it could be fun, she said. By the end of it, he got really into it.

Tasked by director Paul Thomas Anderson and DiCaprio himself to lead the films TikTok promotion, Infiniti focused on getting her co-star involved in making engaging content for the award-winning action movie.

In a widely shared TikTok from September, Infiniti can be seen playfully chasing DiCaprio and Anderson in a movie theater while using the audio that asks, Hey man, do you want to make a TikTok? TikTok? The caption humorously read, POV: youre on a press tour with PTA and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Despite her success in getting DiCaprio to appear in TikToks, Infiniti admitted she is unsure if she could convince him to start his own account.

Reflecting on her first day filming with DiCaprio, who portrays her characters father in the movie, Infiniti noted that their prior rehearsal sessions helped her feel calm and prepared. I felt very calm going into that day because I had the chance to meet Leo and workshop our dynamic a lot, she said.

One Battle After Another won the Gotham Award for Best Feature, and Infiniti received a nomination for the Breakthrough Actor award.
