From Ashes to New has released a compelling new single titled "Drag Me". The track dives deep into the struggle of battling one's inner demons.

Vocalist Matt Brandyberry explains, "We wanted to express the sensation of being trapped in an internal conflict, where your darker impulses overpower your better intentions. Positive thoughts get overshadowed, and you begin to understand that the true battle isn't with the outside world, but with the reflection you see in the mirror."

He adds, "'Drag Me' emerges from that intense space the sensation of being dragged into despair by the aspects of yourself you can never outrun."

This single is the band's second release in 2025, following July's "New Disease". Their latest album remains 2023's Blackout.
