Dave Grohl's daughter, Violet Grohl, releases her first singles

Violet Grohl, the eldest daughter of musician Dave Grohl, has officially released her debut tracks. The new songs, titled "THUM" and "Applefish", are now available on Bandcamp.

Sharing her excitement on Instagram, Violet wrote, "Im thrilled to finally let everyone hear a piece of what Ive been creating over the past year. I recorded these songs with an incredible group of musicians, and Im so happy theyre finally out in the world."

At 19 years old, Violet has already performed alongside her father and other notable artists. She previously contributed vocals to a cover of Xs song "Nausea" in 2021 and has appeared live with Foo Fighters. In January, she joined the Nirvana reunion performance at the FireAid benefit concert, delivering a rendition of "All Apologies".

Reports from The Hollywood Reporter in 2024 indicated that Violet had been working on her first full-length album, marking a significant step in her musical journey.
